Brian Early
Attorney Early graduated cum laude from Harvard University in 1996 with an A.B. in economics. He then attended Georgetown University Law Center graduating magna cum laude in 2000. At Harvard, Brian was awarded the Harvard College scholarship for academic achievement and was on the Dean's List all semesters. Attorney Early also served on the Harvard-Radcliffe Undergraduate Council as an elected representative. He was recently identified as a “Rising Star” by the highly regarded Super Lawyers rating service in recognition of his professional achievements, a prestigious designation awarded to no more than 2.5% of the lawyers in any given state.
Attorney Early joined the firm's New York office of Early & Strauss in August of 2001. He is a member of the bar of the States of New York and California and of the District of Columbia. He is also is admitted to practice before several United States District Courts and is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Early concentrates his practice on representing mesothelioma victims and their families. He lives with his wife Tracey and daughter Lily in New York City where he oversees the firm's New York asbestos litigation group.
